Depending on the area and time your item needs to be delivered, The Kobe Beef Company may ship it USPS, FedEx or UPS. Choose from Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, Priority Overnight, or Saturday deliveries. Always give yourself an extra day for your gifts to arrive.

Guarantee and Refund Policy
Your order is packed in a Styrofoam box with sufficient dry ice and gel ice to keep it cold during the overnight/second day shipping process. This ensures the highest quality of freshness upon arrival. If your order arrives late or damaged, call us immediately at 1-866-582-9565.
We take every step possible to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. In the unlikely event that the product you purchased does not completely meet your expectations, or a product arrives damaged or in poor conditions, please call us the same day you receive the shipment at 1-951-345-4623. Please save all boxes and packing materials and store the product in your refrigerator or freezer as appropriate, pending resolution.
Please e-mail us the photographs of the damaged product and the shipping container on the same day you receive your order within 2 hours to file the claim.
For additional protection, please call the shipper and request them to pick up the damaged shipment and file the claim with them immediately.
Fraud and Abuse : We do not offer 100% refund on our products due to ongoing fraud and abuse. If you do not enjoy the very first bite of our product, please pack it in an aluminium foil and return our product back to us at your cost. We will not refund the money if you have consumed our product in full.
